Burritos

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 can fat-free refried beans
3/4 cup mild enchilada sauce
1/4 cup water
Dash minced onion
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (any)
10 flour tortillas (burrito)
Shredded lettuce
Shredded cheese
Roberts Sour Cream
Black olives
Diced fresh tomatoes
Salsa

Preparation

Brown the ground beef and drain. Add remaining ingredients (except tortillas and toppings). Bring to boil; reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes. Spoon 1/4 cup beef mixture into each tortilla; roll up. You can wrap up each burrito and freeze or serve immediately. Top with lettuce, cheese, sour cream, black olives, tomatoes and salsa.
