Christmas Fudge

Ingredients

3/4 lb of velveeta cheese cubed,
1 cup of Roberts Dairy Butter,
6- squares of bakers unsweetened chocolate,
2 tablespoons of light cornsyrup,
2-16 ounce bags of powdered sugar.
1 & 1/2 cup of pecans or walnuts,
2 teaspoons of vanilla

Preparation

in large microwavable bowl cube velveeta ,add butter,chocolate squares, and corn syrup,micrwave at high at 2 minutes stir and microwave additional 2 minutes untill smooth add batches of powdered sugar beating with electric mixer at medium speed untill well blended add pecans, and vanilla spread into 13x9 greased pan cover and refrigerate several hours, cut into squares about 1"
