French Toast Bake

Ingredients

1/2 (1 lb.) loaf French bread cut diagonally in 1 in. slices
4 eggs
1 cup Roberts Milk
3/4 cup Roberts Half and Half
1/4 cup & 2 Tbs. Roberts Butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbs. & 1-1/2 tsp. light corn syrup

Preparation

Butter 9x13 baking dish. Arrange bread slices on bottom. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Pour over bread, cover and refrigerate overnight. Next morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small saucepan, mix butter, brown sugar and corn syrup and heat until bubbling. Pour over bread and egg mixture. Bake in oven, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
